Suicide is such a powerful topic and I can't wait to get my hands on a copy of this book because I've been looking around for a while trying to find a novel written for teens that deals with this issue. I'd love to read Uglies by Scott Westerfeld. It seems like such a powerful series with important themes and I can't help but compare the setting to today's society.

Canadians DO say something along the lines of ab-a-oot when they say about! When I'm watching american shows/movies I can always pick out a canadian actor when they say out or about :)
