Now the obvious answer is the security guard blocks off the door to get by. If you watch though the security guard doesn't block off the full door you can still see the half in front of him. So how did he get past this bit?

I can get 20/21 boxes but that top box on the top tower on the left hand side of the level is the only one I can not get. The tower Trixie falls from in this video but I can not see how she got up there =(
