set the gym record for most chest-press exercise weight ( decline-bench ) with dumbells, mean gene--305 ( two 152.5 lb dumbells ), as well as reps at that weight ( like 20 or 30 ) ...'course, i did it by using the easiest method possible, but--ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhh

actually, don't like doing "full range of motion", at all...just doesn't feel very good...puts a lot of stress on arms, i.m.o...

probably only "full range of motion" upper-body exercise i like is decline dumbell press, mainly because i can go fairly high...would be foolish not to try and take advantage of that...

'hate' isolated bicep-curls...there isn't a more boring fitness exercise ( by far ) than it, i.m.o. get bicep workout doing things like lifting heavy dumbells ( full-range of motion as possible )...

did 460 on standing dip-bar ( not machine ), "macho..." ; is highest u can go...did 5-6 reps...had a 'little' help, however...not much...ultimate goal is not to have "little help"...dig it...

300 lbs. , 5-6 reps, 150 lb. dumbells in each hand ( highest ones at gym ) on decline-bench...they are "silver" to distinguish them from all the lower regular "black" ones...stimulated forearms and upper-chest ( "butterfly pulls" ) ..had a "lift-off", of course, but not a "spotter"...ooooooooooh-yeaaaa

did 20 reps of 440 lbs. on standing dip bar ( not machine ), mr. mean...again, "enjoyed" it, which is crucial when you're doing that much weight...also did proper form, which is also important...am 275-280 ; and used 160 lbs. of resistance--hence 280 + 160 = 440...three 45 lb. iron plates ; and one 25 lb iron plate literally hanging from my crotch lol...i don't care...can't do that on xp90 or insanity...also got fairly decent cardio. doing that...was huffing and puffing afterwards...
