I agree with you that the video is bad, but the song isnt that good either tbh.
A song called bad girl, and the girls in bikergirl outfits dosent suit the song at all. I'd hoped the song was grittier, more dirty synth sounds or even some guitars on top to make it sound darker.

Its not plagiarism, its inspiration.
For something to be directly copied, you need to copy the exact chord progression and melody for atleast 4-5 bars.
Search: 4 chord song..you'll see many bands use the same progression in their songs, did they copy eatc...
