And try and learn something about condensation trails, ice-supersaturation, long distance air-routing, and aviation in general. You will have far less stress in your life and half the world wouldn't be laughing at your ignorance.

"Crow instability my arse....some fucking cockhead made up that shit for every fucking moronic troll to spew it out. So why doesnt? every plane do it? ive only seen one...answer me that!!!!"
There is no need to be abusive. I now you are fearful and frustrated that this doesn't make any sense to you. Just settle down, mate. You will make your self sick! It doesn't happen all the time because it depends to a certain extent on the state of the atmosphere the plane is flying through in terms of the vertical temperature gradient. I have never seen it, but it has been seen plenty of times.
Look at this: http://www.google.co.nz/search
It is defo not something "some fucking cockhead made up". LOL

The trails in the sky are contrails. I hope you know that when a contrail forms in ice-saturated conditions it cannot dissipate. Oh, good, because some people are have been misled into thinking that ALL contrails evaporate in a few seconds, and I hope you're not one of them.
