Get UMDGen (google it)..
Open up your backed up KHBBSFM ISO..
Open PSP_GAME..
Open USRDIR..
Right Click on BBS0.DAT...
Click Apply PPF Patch...
After it succeeds go to the File Menu..
Save As and your desired file ...
