guinea pig food bowls i made

Paint is not good for guinea pigs at all. The paint fumes are toxic to them even if the paint is dry too. That paint is non toxic for humans, but not guinea pigs so i recommend not using it :) But other than that, those are beautiful bowls! your a great artist :) just do it without paint though.
