I feel I have had no change between month 6-7 other than had bronchitis for 3 weeks on 3rd antibiotic and still not going...had to stop weights and cardio but I'm going on holiday ...

There's only so many times you can read same crap
As you say does the steroids and antivirals help ..didn't me and I took them within 12 hours vit b12 b1 b6 and think its all BS
Your either lucky or not with BP but were lucky in other ways x

I went for acupuncture after 3 days twice a week for 3 months £1200
In most cases even without treatment people start improving far earlier than fitgirl and myself our nerves died and had to regrow so you can't take the credit for something that would in 75% cases improve with no treatment
