Judging from our before and after pics and video, which only show results between 5-6 months, I would conclude you could get from 18.5 to 20.5 inches within 10-12 months if you stick to our program rigidly, results can vary slightly from person to person but you should see noticeable improvements after 6-7 months into our program.

We are aware of articles that are written which claim the neck lengthening as an illusion, but however, those articles must have been based on examples of earlier stages of neck lengthening where the case for the illusion effect is completely valid, unfortunately there are pictures of advance stages of neck lengthening available depicting very obvious neck lengthening, this is where the argument for the illusion falls apart.
