Great preacher, I enjoy the ministry, but historically the work of an overseer is for a male. Women in ministry need a covering, and a female Bishop who being over a region or territory would be out of Scriptural context. Even the garments are masculine. No offense, just saying.

This woman is over men Pastors? Nothing against women preachers, and certainly she is; but the Episcopal office of the Bishop is masculine grammatically, Theologically, and historically.
