@crappy4478 I was a crew chief there as well from 1969 to 1975. Took care of them at Lajes in the Azores and then at Travis where I retired

I was at that show and it started hours late. By the time show a lot of beer had been consumed and then when the show arrived they erected a scaffold right in front of the stage for the folks back in the states to see. GIs were chanting "we can't see". I'll bet that is the reason for the lack ...
