if im understanding correctly as i have a little bit of expierence with 3ph stuff lines 1 and 2 are active and neutral then 2 and 3 you put some sort of run cap between them i saw it on photonicinductions channel so have a look there if not sure but i think thats right.

I Think Ive Worked Out Possibly Why The Arc isnt Significant Im Ment To Earth The Chicken Stick Off The Transformer And Run The HV out into The Cap And use The Diode So I Will Adjust As per Another Video I Saw And Post Another Video Thanks For Watching
