Battle barges and some of cruisers/destroyers are not part of the Navy, but are "Astartes only". Like Land Rider is not "imperial guard" vehicle. Battle barges are those with diferent (not "wedge-like") Bow.

@zzytrewq: The "battrery/capacitor" idea came to me too, but when it is capable of bleeding extra power for some time (the bulp), than it may be capable of slowly charging the "battery/capacitor" back...?
