There are some Viruses that can cause that error, to fix it you need to do Run>CMD> Type shutdown -a to prevent it from shutting down and give you more time to act, then you should get an anti-virus (if you don't have) and search for a virus (normally a Worm) also you should do Run>CMD> Type reg...
