Scott Walker is one of the most overrated musicians out there. The film 30th Century Man misrepresented him as some sort of visionary innovator, but bands such as NWW and EN, were makinh far more innovative music 15 years before Walker did.

Making out that Scott is an innovator and visionary would take a very
selective, and inaccurate view of music history. Someone like Gavin
Friday saying that Scott's album is the first rock album of the 21st
century is just rubbish.
