Punch more at head level, so you can protect yourself better.
Also, you keep your hands up well when your circling, but as soon as you start punching, your hands drop. This used to be a big problem for me. Make sure you keep your hands up the whole time!

You were so close! If you do more of a dolphin kick movement instead of the breast stroke kick, and do a breast stroke pull where you pull all the way to your hips and then glide, you should be able to make it.
