i wonder how many times i jammed this????? this cd occupied my disc player for about 8 strait months. just like most of you posting comments this band became part of me,,,what an incredible time i had, although i never seen em in concert.

i seen them long ago (in the 90s) at edgefest...what a show. of coarse i was trippin on acid! the bass players arms seemed to reach the floor. i also saw them at the bomb factory in deep ellem. back when ellum was still ellum,,,the played an elton john song for an encore.

Too bad George Washington isnt around to lead a revolution. Even Jeff Spicoli in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" told Mr. Hand...."if we dont get some cool rules,we'll just be bogus too!"...we are officially bogus too Spicoli!

When my mother was in the hospital dying I would sit with her and sing to her. I knew she could hear me. I would sing her favorites. The nurses and my sisters got so sick of it. I sang for hours. This was only one of Cat Stevens tunes i sang to my mother. R.I.P. mom...love you!

i saw the Toadies in the very begining. They were out in Weatherford (outside FT Worth) playing the local Armory or whatever it was,and the singer wouoldnt face the crowd. They were TCU students in the start. Wow! im getting old.

They seemed huge at the time! Of coarse im grew up in DFW so i just thought naturally they were huge across the country.

Deep Ellum in the late 80's an early 90's was something! Also over in Ft worth at The Hop bye TCU i saw them. i have seen van halen 3 times. i like sammy better than roth. its just my opinion,but he's a better singer and plays guitar. this song is something special. they played alot of great tunes but this one somehow gets inside you like no other. im glad they wrote this....it means everything!!!!
