Lovely to hear this song after so many years. I always found it quirky as a man is singing it unapologetically from a woman's point of view.Donovan made some superb songs that are kind of getting buried with the passage of time. That's a shame.

I think that if Paul Simon ever heard this rendition of his song, he would be so pleased and proud. I was there at the Leadmill gig and found The Pierces set so polished, "genuine" and uplifting.
