@ubermakedon it's a matter of preference bro. I owned the usp and I sold it when I got the p30L. So that should tell you which is better. The usp was just too bulky to me. Although it is a very good gun. You can't go wrong with h&k but I prefer the p30.

Ill stick to my glock, h&k, berretta, and Springfield. But nice review. If I was to buy one it would be for the range only. I'm not comftorable trusting my life to a hi-point. But for somebody's first gun it seems like a good choice.

@jayjaykewl727 it's a polymer frame. Putting it in a fire would melt it. You obviously don't own one. I love my px4. Great gun, over 3000 rounds through and never had a jam, misfire, or stove pipe. In fact none of my berretas have. They are fantastic pistols.

Hi points are a good gun for somebody new to shooting/guns. It's cheap and it functions. I wouldn't recommend using it as a carry gun though because of reliability issues. Never shot a glock 45 so I couldn't tell you. I own a glock 19 and a Springfield 1911 gi. I love them both but as far as shooting and reliability the glock has never failed... but then again neither has the 1911 lol. But a 9mm is more fun to shoot than a 45cal
