Sorry to hear the bad bearings from china.
i have had no problems with mine or the 20 or so folk i have sold LM8UU's to.
They take a bit of time to wear in but yours are junk .
i hope you can make PLA printed bushings work but they will not be as good as good bearings.

if you see all of a suddenly a large swing in hot end temp's stop and check that kapton tape

things get better and i did properly assemble it hang on for the rest.
