That's hilariously stupid. If mixing a bottle of formula is such a hassle, just pre-fill the water in several bottles, and get those formula powder holders to store premeasured scoops. Add powder to bottle, shake, and serve. Or hire a nanny, which will give you even more time to sit on your ass ...
