My 6th piercing in Spencer plaza 1st floor on my 2th bday!!!
the red mark you see is not blood its the pen mark by the piercer to tell which spot to pierce!! !! it absolutely did not hurt one bit

@amsc123 please consider the fact that cancer occurs in stages... my cousin sis was a stage 3 and she was still active.... its at stage 4 that she was bedridden.... I mean it could be the guy sang it while his was a stage 1 or 2 ie when it was detected...
