2:09-2:32 is BS!!! Maybe in Battle Star Galactica, but our Air Force does not have that kind of video technology. In real life it looks more like an 8 bit video game. And, just for clarification, @tactical221 is correct. Flares are PRIMARILY expended with G on the aircraft (i.e in a turn). ...

Jeremy throws up in a piddle pack at 08:22-08:29 . A piddle pack, btw, is what fighter pilots use to pee in. The crystals in the bottom of the "barf bag" you see turn pee into jelly to keep it from spilling =)
