I love natural horn ( period instrument)! Actually, I do like more natural horn than french horn. I think that the positive difference between these instruments is the "rough" sound produced by the natural horn when the hornplayer blows with strength.

I do like natural horn than french horn. The most important difference between these wondeful instruments is the "rough" ("rustic") sound produced by the natural horn when the hornplayer blows with strength.

Dudamel's performance remembers me the great conductor Claudio Abbado. I think there is some similarity between them.

I bought a mini-french horn ( Bb) and I realized that its sound is completely different from the French Horn in F/Bb. I have some difficults to obtain the note C# lower. How can I get to obtain this note?
