He was trying to flee not kill cops. Ever since the police got the law passed declaring a vehicle as a deadly weapon many have been killed that were only trying to flee the scene. They are then asassinated by the police.

People trying to elude police mistakenly believe that police wont shoot them. They are in their mind trying to elude or get away. The police have had a law passed classifying a car as a deadly weapon and can now kill you if they "feel" they are in danger. Too many are being killed by this law.

I have seen a real ufo up close and I am very very skeptical towards ufo videos and reports because there are so many fake reports and videos. I hope to see another ufo one day. Some of this looks real to me and I wish I could have seen it in person.
