Well chelsea have beaten Real Madrid in the 71 Cup Winners Cup and the 98 Super Cup. Now as for Barcelona I remember chelsea beating them 3-1 at home in the 2000 champions league quarter final. Not to mention we knocked out barcelona in the 2005 champions league 2nd round.
