This looks like it was transferred from a 16mm print by an amateur, so I suspect that bootleg videos are going to be hard to come by.

I've been thinking about getting a Makerbot or RepRap to do this sort of thing, but I don't think that those low cost machines are up to it. Has anyone tried this sort of thing with low-res machines?

I saw this film, American dub, in a small town movie theater in Illinois in 1973, when I was five years old. I recall being scared by parts of it, and board by most of it. There was a sequence of two children living in houses joined by a second-story walkway that made an impression on me.

Does anyone know anything about the internal workings of the machine? It looks like it might actually have video memory, which would put it above the 2600 in at least that respect.

This game looks like a predecessor to Robotron.

Look around at videos of other VIC-20 games. This game could have looked much better if more time had been put into its design. My guess it that, like 2600 Pac-Man, this game was rushed through development to meet a deadline.

Why did there need to be little word balloons added to tell us what the names of the characters are? Does anyone looking at this video really need that?
