big minus: loosing that awesome sound of a 3.3 turbo also the feel of that engine under boost and the feel of that car on the road, very low center of gravity on those flat 6.
Big plus: going from somewhere on the low 400 hp ( turbo 3.3) to somewhere above 600 hp
and adding no extra weight eve...
