THE FAMILY

The State acknowledges that the Family is the basic primary group-unit of/for society according to nature, and that it is a moral institution which has inalienable invincible rights which are more ancient and higher than any human statute.
ENGLISH TEXT
The State recognises the Family as the natural primary and fundamental unit group of Society, and as a moral institution possessing inalienable and imprescriptible rights, antecedent and superior to all positive law.

When our Mothers give birth to each of us,is it not a case that we are born pure? Free from hate,predudice of religion,colour or race...And are those deep seated veiws of each other not something that belong to others,who themselves have taken on the same belief systems..We are who others, be it knowing or through ignorance do mold us to be,so can we not conclude that we are only firstly a product of something pure free from evil and through time polluted by the teachings of others be it parents,teachers,peer groups or close friends..It is my belief that untill self realization of who we truly are devoid of hate,predudice ect we as a people can never be a complete Human Being and attain true Harmony,Peace or Love for each other in co- existance...
