Notice one is a starter and the other is not. With Bards mechanics you cant go for a long period of time because his elbow gets above his shoulder and his hand is outside of 90degrees at weight baring footplant

I dont think his acceleration is that bad. the posture is what makes the elbow seem high. His decel is troubling though. I think he might have middle to anterior shoulder injuries down the road if he doesnt pronate better
