ok firstly, for those people saying p90x wont gain you weight.... yes it will...... but to gain a GOOD result while using p90x you would have to use your own diet/nutriton guide, there guide is to get you lean, you want muscle gainer foods or supliements, or just basicly eat your red meats ;)

No, p90x will NOT help you put on weight. To put on weight, eat more food, and focus on ONLY, and ONLY these lifts: Squats, Deadlifts, Benchpress or dips, Pull ups, Standing Press. Do not let other people tell you otherwise, I cant stress this enough... ONLY do Squats, deadlifts, benchpress or dips, pullups, and standing presses. Disregard what I said and waste your time doing stupid curls, you are NOT going to be happy with your results, GUARANTEED. Btw, put a STRONG, STRONG emphasis on squats, for they are your foundation and is what gets you the results you want. So remember, Eat more, and focus on only THOSE exercises.

Hey thanx man. uh if your just starting out i think you said a year or so...but anyways a really good way to get down your strumming and picking in my opinion is to learn basically all buddy holly.
