Translation from 'Bhagavad Gita As It is":
Whenever and wherever there is a decline in religious practice, O descendant of Bharata, and a predominant rise of irreligion--at that time I descend Myself. In order to deliver the pious and to annihilate the miscreants, as well as to reestablish the principles of religion, I advent Myself millennium after millennium.
- Bhagavad Gita- ॐ
ॐ If one offers Me with love and devotion a leaf, a flower, fruit or water, I will accept it. -Bhagavad-gītā - ॐ
Charity given out of duty, without expectation of return, at the proper time and place, and to a worthy person is considered to be in the mode of goodness.
But charity performed with the expectation of some return, or with a desire for fruitive results, or in a grudging mood, is said to be charity in the mode of passion.
And charity performed at an impure place, at an improper time, to unworthy persons, or without proper attention and respect is said to be in the mode of ignorance. -Bhagavad-gītā - ॐ
ॐ Consider all your acts as acts of devotion to me, whether eating, offering, giving away, performing austerities. Perform them as an offering to me. In this way you will be free from karma, you will be liberated and you will come to me.
- Bhagavad Gita- ॐ
ॐ Be focused on action and not on the fruits of action. Do not become confused in attachment to the fruit of your actions and do not become confused in the desire for inaction.
- Bhagavad Gita- ॐ
ॐ A devotee is in a relationship with the Supreme Personality of Godhead in one of five different ways:
One may be a devotee in a passive state;
One may be a devotee in an active state;
One may be a devotee as a friend;
One may be a devotee as a parent;
One may be a devotee as a conjugal lover.
- Bhagavad Gita- ॐ

Bhagavad Gita
~ The state of severance of union with sorrow is known by the name of yoga. ~
Bhagavad Gita
~ Still your mind in me, still yourself in me, and without a doubt you shall be united with me, Lord of Love, dwelling in your heart. ~
Bhagavad Gita
~ Governing sense, mind and intellect, intent on liberation, free from desire, fear and anger, the sage is forever free ~
Bhagavad Gita

Bhagavad Gita
~ Little by little, through patience and repeated effort, the mind will become stilled in the Self. ~
Bhagavad Gita
~ The serenity of mind, gentleness, silence, self-restraint, and the purity of mind are called the austerity of thought. ~
Bhagavad Gita
~ Hell has three gates: lust, anger, and greed ~
Bhagavad Gita
From the highest planet in the material world down to the lowest, all are places of misery wherein repeated birth and death take place. But one who attains to My abode, O son of Kunti, never takes birth again.
Bhagavad Gita
Whatever state of being one remembers when he quits his body, that state he will attain without fail.
Therefore, you should always think of Me in the form of Krsna and at the same time carry out your prescribed duty. With your activities dedicated to Me and your mind and intelligence fixed on Me, you will attain Me without doubt.
Bhagavad Gita
"The power of God is with you at all times; through the activities of mind, senses, breathing, and emotions; and is constantly doing all the work using you as a mere instrument."
