I must tell that is wrong to write "95% concentrated nitric acid" because HNO3 might be maximum 68,5% concentrated and that's call "concentrated" because it forms an azeotropic mixture with H20.All over 68,5% and that's correct calls "fuming HNO3" because of dissolved NO2!
