I have that exact SRT-8. While the other two are quicker and more nimble, the Challenger sounds so much meaner and is much more imposing. It is just retro cool, and the styling cannot be beat even if it is a little big.

The new movie by itself is decent for what it is. The old one is better in terms of character development and the general good vs evil conflict between Jerry and Charlie/Peter Vincent. Very disappointed this scene was not in the new film.

I think the remake will get people talking about this movie again and how good it was. Chris Sarandon was great in this movie as the vampire who you sort of rooted for a little bit in the back of you mind. He was eerily charming - the perfect combination of evil and likeable at the same time.
