Im not a worrier at all, I am a little tense at times and I find relaxation music helps but any of the binaural or audios with beta, and alpha tones really agitate me. Ive listened to many Kelly Howell tapes and havent found one that is soothing or calming. Nothing personal, its just not for me..

I did not find this relaxing, it's not bad, however the woman talks way too fast, for me anyhow, and her voice just does not have that relaxing quality that I have heard on other guided imagery tapes and I have listened to hundreds of them.. nice attempt but just does not do the job ...than...

Great performance for both Tom and Mark.. a lot of guys can play guitar, and play it well, but Mark has a gift that can just make that guitar " sing" the way he plays it.. Listen to each note, each note just speaks out as he picks them....
