O'Donnell caught him on the boat...this refers to James Fitzharris who was a member of the Irish republican brotherhood... and he was known as "skin the goat" ...you can probably Wikipedia it if you want to know more about the whole thing

@chuckhf420 yeah it's a song writtem by Will Slade I would guess in the late 20s... his band was called memphis jug band....this version is missing verses that might not be PC theses days...oh wait .....is "i had a woman and her name Eve and every time i hit her she called the police" PC.....mayb...
