@MrTechtime0101 burning bodyfat has less to do with a bout of 20-30mins of cardio in a given day and more to do with total kcal expenditure over a longer period of time (eg a month)...i myself burn 800kcal a week and in 1 month that equates to burning 3200kcal...i pound of fat equals 3500kcal so ...
