you can use a quarter !! drill small hole 1st. then keep shank of drill bit in hole while hammering outside rim. THEN, support drill bit on 2 small blocks so coin does not touch anvil and hammer some more. the drill bit becomes an "internal anvil" and spreads the inside. No need to wast...
