Michael Hayward is an entrepreneur from the software industry operating in the field of education, games and artificial life. His life changed abruptly after his wife was diagnosed with a life threatening brain tumour in 2006. After a sabbatical period looking after his family he decided to do something more meaningful with his career. In late 2008 he met up with some 'like minded individuals' and H-Factor Health was born. H-Factor Health is developing a counter top unit that produces hydrogen rich water which is then restructured.
