I'm not that up to date with Yu-Gi-Oh as far as synchro monsters go, but the general way to build a deck in my opinion is to have around
2 normal monsters lv 1-4
13 effect monsters lv 1-4
2 or 3 effect monsters lv 5-6
And 1 or 2 lv 7-8 effect monsters
I always tend to pick out any lv 7 and up e...
