hi scott, i see u do reverse pymriding the weight..i do 3 sets of 10 heavy..then pyrmiding the 4th set by 5k...im eating rite and doing 3 differnt excercises, close grip bench press, skull crushers and cable push downs.....im not seeing gr8 gains.....can u help thanks
