@bmsturgis3 There are 2 ways ,1one is to have 3.55 ps3 and put the patch,then download 4.00 and online...second is find 4.00 jb..and that is hard as fuck...third is to buy E3 flasher,downgrade your ps3 to 3.55 ,put the patch and update to 4.00, but this method in the video is i think the best one...
