Cancer joke's a little dodgy seeing Linda Smith was undergoing cancer treatment at that time, then passed away shortly after.

Stephen guest-starred w/ Hugh in "Fortysomething" as a fishmonger, it was basically a F&L skit embedded in the show, possibly improvised. It's not a terrible show, for a ITV comedy drama.
