Great video. It funny, Im waiting till ALL the info is out on s35vn before I buy 2 or 3 different folders. Its kinda scary spending $250+ on a knife and not know if it will out perform my $60 endura (great knife). Good luck on the finals brother.

take the end of the broken part and sand it on some 220 grit sand paper or the edge of a sharpening stone till its smooth. I think what your seeing is that the file didnt snap cleanly.

I did some testing a few months back just like your doing but instead of using a cutting board I used a soft piece of 2x6 pine. It would be interesting to see you do the same test on a piece of pine and compare it to the cutting board.

I was curious about the notch in the blade right after the choil before the actual cutting edge. Is there a reason for it? Does it ever catch material on accident when your trying to cut fabric or cardboard?
