Don't bother putting the peanuts in the oven, just toss it in the food processor, add about a 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of sugar, chop them up in the FP, take about a quarter cup of oil add it slowly as it chops, bam. Peanut butter in about 2 minutes.
