just because he wasnt inside the gate doesn't mean it isn't military property and anybody taking pictures of the front gate constitutes violation of the UCMJ and federal law. Those MP's could have taken his camera deleted the footage and or destroyed the camera.

I would have to say from my experience 90% of malfunctions of a M4 or AR15 are due to using government issue magazines and not the PMags, and the other is not having it cleaned and oiled. You need to run it WET.
