I first heard this song years ago, I even remember the original by Toni Fisher! Unfortunately I moved back to Los Angeles in 1979 and never got to go to The Saint, however I have heard great stories about the place!! :)

I was there this week both for the Grand Parade and the street Ondo dancing the following Sunday. i had not gone to Nisei Week in years, and it was a lot of fun.

Well Deansusky, I usually do both! Cry and dance knowing how blessed I was to have seen some of the most joyous times in music and dance. Every time I hear these songs I'm transported back to when I was living in NYC. All we wanted to do was dance and get along......what happened?
