I have all the templar dens taken over and all shops open and some of the landmarks purchased.

You made this look easy. The second time through the game this guy took me four tries. And I haven't been able to get the Captain over by the Vatican bridge near the start of Sequence 4. He bails out too quick afterr I use smoke bombs.
