Rewiring is straight forward. When it was made polarity wasn't an issue. The wall plug could go in either way. Lot's of vibration so be sure to install a rubber grommet to prevent the wire from fraying and use good wire nuts with some electrical tape although the tape is over kill. I didn't ...

Just FYI. . Kerosene, being less volatile than gas is hard to light from the rapid start nozzle when lantern and the fuel in it are cold as in this video. I like the rapid start in warm weather but don't even bother trying it when the lantern is really cold. You get a cloud of fine kerosene va...
