I agree, this tells you nothing!!!! You DO NOT want to use any old soy sauce!! I add sugar and Mirin to my soy sauce. Mirin is a japanese cooking wine. You must also boil down the soy first!!! And to start, You want a garlic oil. Top off with some garlic butter.
